Aikido
This non-competitive martial art is one of the most effective forms of self-defense. The class is taught in a relaxed atmosphere at a pace suited to each student, with techniques focused on defending yourself from various attacks. Size and strength are not necessary to correctly perform techniques and become skilled at aikido.Instructor: Pacific Aikido staff

Circuit Training

Core Conditioning

Judo (literally “the way of gentleness’) is a unique martial art established in 1882 as a safer distillation of Jiu-jitsu, a method of unarmed combat among samurai warriors. Techniques include throwing, hold downs and, as proficiency progresses, choking and joint locking.
