Spa Policy
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and change
- Bathrobes, slippers and disposable undergarments are provided
- Lockers for valuables and jewelry are available, but The Spa is not responsible for lost items
- Notify the manager or receptionist before scheduling an appointment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant
- Guests should be accompanied by a Club Member at all times. A non-Member guest fee of ¥2,625 per visit will be charged to the Member's account in additon to the price of the treatment.
- Cancellation can be made directly to The Spa by phone or e-mail.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equivalent to the full cost of the treatment. Same-day appointments are subject to the same cancellation penalties.
