Two cutting-edge golf simulators feature real, high-definition images of the world's top courses, while swing analysis and ball-tracking technology supply extra accuracy and realism.The areas, furnished with luxurious leather armchairs, are ideal for lessons, corporate parties and social leagues. Players can book virtual tee times online or at the Recreation Desk.

Bookings
The golf simulators can be booked online for 1- or 2-hour slots. Members are welcome to bring in their own clubs or use one of our free rental sets. Men's, women's and junior clubs are available.

Guidelines
- Check in at the Recreation Desk (2F)
- Members age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult to use the simulators
- If using your own clubs and/or golf balls, please make sure they are clean
Adult Golf
Shave a few strokes off your game with the help of pro coach Tom Fielding. In an intimate setting, your game will improve vastly with each session through invaluable pointers and demonstrations.

Group Lessons
Grab a few friends or the family and form your own group, or sign up for an existing session and better your game in a fun group setting. Between 3 and 4 people can join each lesson.

Ladies' Clinic
Weekly workshops with coaching pro Tom Fielding for women only are held every Thursday, alternating each 90-minute session for beginners and experienced golfers.
Junior Golf (ages 16 and under)
Youngsters enjoy hands-on instruction from coach Tom Fielding each Tuesday, improving their golf game by leaps and bounds. Up to 4 kids can join each lesson.

Members have access to several spectacular courses near Tokyo. Join our golf groups and stay in top form on the links. Organized monthly outings—both domestic and international—as well as numerous tournaments, championships, parties and other social events are scheduled throughout the year.Mon–Fri: 9 am–5:30 pm

Men’s Golf Group
This dynamic group supplies plenty of action on the course, whether you're looking to shave a few strokes off your score, release the stress of the workweek or enjoy the company of your comrades. Aside from regulary scheduled games around Tokyo, the group hosts a number of popular competitions, including the President's Cup, Tournament of Champions and Abandoned Husband Weekend.

Dues are charged annually; Members can join midyear at a prorated fee
Cancellation Policy
¥1,050 after registration
¥5,250 for cancellations made on or after the Monday prior to that event.
