Summer Parking Time Limit


On weekdays from May 8 to August 22,*
Members holding a valid parking permit who park after 10 a.m. will not be subject to the 2.5-hour parking limit.

If you have any questions,please ask one of the parking attendants.

*Weekends and holidays follow the normal time limit: Members parking after 1 p.m. are not subject to the 2.5–hour parking limit.

NEW BUS SCHEDULE

As of April 1, the schedules of bus numbers 96 and 97, two of the most popular buses used by Members to get to the Club, have changed. New English timetables can be picked up at the Member Services Desk or viewed here.


The Club at Takanawa offers substantial parking, with increased spaces both at the Club and at a convenient parking lot at the nearby Hotel Laforet.

ON-SITE PARKING LOT

Location: In front of the Club
Hours: Weekdays: 6:15 a.m.–12 a.m.
Weekends and national holidays: 7:15 a.m.–12 a.m.

Car and motorcycle parking is limited to vehicles with a valid Club-issued parking permit. Parking stickers may be purchased at the Member Services Desk and the Club Parking staff will assist in affixing the sticker to vehicles. Bicycle parking is free.

OFF-SITE PARKING

Location: Hotel Laforet
Hours: Daily: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.

Alternative parking is available at the nearby Hotel Laforet when the Club Parking Lot is full. Members with valid parking stickers may present their Hotel Laforet parking tickets to the Member Services Desk for up to five hours’ validation. The Club Parking attendants will explain which parking spaces are allotted to Members. The Club runs a free shuttle bus service between the Club and Hotel Laforet for Members and their guests.

Family Assisted Parking - Families with small children and passengers needing assistance are able to load and unload at the covered area adjacent to the Family Entrance. The parking staff will assist you in unloading your passengers and park your car. Let us know when you'll be leaving, and we will bring your car to the Family Assisted area so you can load your passengers in safely.

For those Members who were not able to attend February’s Town Hall Meeting, excerpts from the evening’s presentations, which included a Redevelopment Project update, summary and an overview of the new Club at Azabudai by architects from Pelli Clarke Pelli, can now be downloaded from the Membership Directory section of the Club Web site.

Changes were made to the Articles of Association after publication of the 2008 Membership Handbook & Directory. Please refer to the Membership Directory section.

If you can’t make it to the Club for your favorite comfort food, why not have it delivered? TAC Express, the Club’s food delivery service, has expanded its delivery area to include Shinagawa Ward, Minato Ward and Hiroo. Place your order by simply calling the TAC Express hotline at 03-5449-9292 by 10:30 a.m. for lunch or 6:30 p.m. for dinner.
