At Tokyo American Club you can send your international shipments with ease from the Express Courier Counter.
Monday-Friday
9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Saturdays
9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Closed daily (1:30-2:30 p.m.), Sundays and national holidays
For same-day exports, on weekdays, please drop off your packages by 5 p.m. Please note that there is no same-day export service for Saturdays.
All costs will be charged to Members' accounts.

UPS Worldwide Express PlusSM
Guaranteed delivery by 8:00am/8:30am/9:00m*
Your shipments will be delivered by 8:00am or 8:30am to major cities in the U.S. or by 8:30am to major cities in Canada, major Asian cities and 9:00am to major business Counters in European countries. You can rest assured that your shipment will arrive for the start of the business day.
UPS Worldwide ExpressSM
Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12 noon *
New morning delivery option includes expanded coverage in Western Europe and 12 countries in Asia. Shipments are delivered before 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., depending on your destination.
UPS Worldwide Express Saver
Guaranteed delivery by end-of-day *
Service to over 215 countries and territories worldwide. When you need to meet deadlines and still maintain control over your costs, this new service is your ideal shipping option.

Domestic Yamato Takkyubin Service
Using UPS's close relationship with Yamato Transportation Company, the Japan’s largest domestic service provider, UPS Express Counter staff will accept packages for domestic delivery and will coordinate pick up directly with Yamato.
Please note the following:
A package must not weigh more than 70kg.
*The maximum weight is lower in some countries. Please check with the counter staff.
There is no weight limitation for one shipment.
Maximum length per package is 270cm.
Maximum size per package is 330cm in length and girth combined.
The maximum value per package is USD50,000.
Shipments to P.O.Box, APO, to consignee care of hotel, lodge or schools cannot be accepted.
Prohibited articles: foodstuffs; animals; plants; dangerous goods; drugs.
Other items: unaccounted baggage; passports; cash; stock certificates and other securities; firearms; swords (including models and replicas); items of unusual value; precious metals and stones; jewelry with a value of more than USD500; cigarettes; electromagnetic equipment for medical treatment; pornographic material; items used on ships and planes; items using dry ice.
Other items may be restricted or prohibited in the country to which you are sending your package. In addition, for some commodities the law requires that an export certificate or statement of approval be made before shipment.
Shipping Billing Options
Prepaid: Freight paid by the shipper, duty and tax paid by the consignee.
Free Domicile: All freight, duty and tax paid by the shipper.
Freight Collect: All freight, duty and tax paid by the consignee.
(*To use Freight Collect, you must produce the consignee’s UPS account number.)
Billable Weight
The actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is greater will be used to determine the freight cost for the shipment.
*How to calculate the dimensional weight:
Multiply the length by the width and by the height, and divide the total by 6,000.
UPS Free Packaging Material
1. Letter/Envelope: For exclusive use of urgent documents. There is no limit on weight or the number of pages you may enclose.
2. Express Pack: For flat non-breakable articles, including heavier document shipments.
3. Express Box: For a wide range of items, from documents to packages.
4. Express Tube: For larger documents to be rolled rather than folded.
