How to Find Your Groove
- Tear off the game card you received in your monthly statement and bring it to the Club. Please write your membership number on the card.
- Go to your venue of choice and complete the Find Your Groove offer.
- Ask a staff member to stamp your card.
- Connect four Find Your Groove offers in a row to win the prize.
- Complete all three tiers to win the ultimate Club experience!

Q: Can my children or spouse use the same game card?
A: Absolutely! One card may be used for each Membership number.
Q: What if I lose or forget my game card?
A: No problem! Game cards will be available at the Member Services Desk. However, you may only play one card per Membership number. The new card may not be combined with the lost or forgotten card.
Q: How do I know what Find Your Groove offers are available at each venue?
A: If you’re at the Club, go to your venue of choice, then ask a staff member to tell you about the special offers to be had. Look for a poster stating the current offers at the entrance of each participating venue. If you’re at home, check back here or on the Club’s Facebook page for all the latest updates.
Q: Do I have to complete the special offers in order?
A: No. You may complete the offers in whatever order suits your schedule and lifestyle. However, you may not collect the prize until you have completed all four offers in that tier.
Q: How do I collect my prize?
A: Hand your completed game card to the staff at the Member Services Desk. All prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the campaign. Check the website for details.
Q: Do I need to have my card when I complete the special offer?
A: Yes, we encourage you to carry your game card with you at all times. However, if your spouse or child has it or you simply can’t find it, bring the receipt and card back to the outlet within one day to receive a stamp.Q: How many times can I play?
A: You may play as many times as you wish. However, you may only have one card per Membership number in play at the same time. You may only claim the prize once.
Q: May I combine two or more cards?
A: Unfortunately, you may not. If you lose or forget your card, we will issue you a new one. However, the new card may not be combined with the lost or forgotten card.
Q: If I play more than once, which card counts for prizes?
A: If we receive multiple cards with the same membership number, we will award your prize according to the card with the most stamps.
