Breast Self-Exams
Monthly breast self-examination can be a life-saving practice when done properly. You may have tried breast self-examination and felt unsure of what you were doing or what you were supposed to be feeling for or how much breast area you should cover. The MammaCare program can help you learn what to feel for and how to do a thorough examination of your breasts. The Women's Group Office has MammaCare breast self-examination kits available for checking out in both English and Japanese.
