Club Services Guest Studios The Club's seven stylish Guest Studios on the fourth floor are perfect for visiting family or colleagues, a weekend staycation or an on-a-whim getaway. The spacious, individually designed rooms, which run from modern chic to traditional Japanese, allow guests to enjoy the range of Club services and facilities, as well as the city, thanks to the Club's convenient central location. Rooms feature Simmons beds, Hungarian goose-down duvets, Egyptian cotton linens, ReFa hair dryers and hair irons, a multiregion DVD-Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi access. Rates include a set breakfast for all registered guests, parking at the Club and consumption tax: Guest Studio with one king-size bed: ¥74,800–83,600 Guest Studio with two queen-size beds: ¥78,100–89,100 Room rates vary depending on the season. Check-in: 3pm | Checkout: 12pmThe room rates above do not include Tokyo accommodation tax, which is charged per guest. Life Members The Life Member daily fee of ¥1,200 is included in the Guest Studio charge. The Club visit quota of 60 days per calendar year includes Guest Studio checkout days. Reciprocal Club Members Guests visiting from reciprocal clubs may be subject to additional charges. Please check the Extra Charges PDF on the Reciprocal Clubs page. CancellationsStays of up to nine nights: Cancellations or reservation changes made by 10pm local time 10 days prior to check-in will incur no cancellation charge. Cancellations or reservation changes made after 10pm local time 10 days prior to check-in will be charged for the first night's stay. Cancellations or reservation changes made after 10pm local time four days prior to check-in and no-shows will be charged for the entire confirmed stay. Group reservations (a reservation of three or more Guest Studios or a booking attached to a banquet or wedding booking) or stays of 10 nights or more: Cancellations or reservation changes made by 10pm local time 45 days prior to check-in will incur no cancellation charge. Cancellations or reservation changes made by 10pm local time between 45 and 10 days prior to check-in will be charged 50 percent of the total rate quoted at the time of reservation. Cancellations or reservation changes made by 10pm local time between five and nine days prior to check-in will be charged 80 percent of the total rate quoted at the time of reservation. Cancellations or reservation changes made after 10pm local time four days prior to check-in and no-shows will be charged for the total rate quoted at the time of reservation. Reservation adjustments (including a reduction in the number of nights booked) within the cancellation period, which result in canceled nights, are subject to cancellation fees. Changes that increase the number of nights to 10 will be subject to the group reservation cancellation policy effective from the date of the change. The cancellation policy is applied in all circumstances, including in cases of illness or delayed or canceled flights.
