Keeping Your Club Safe: Club Reopening on June 1 |
|
Dear Member,
With Tokyo’s state of emergency no longer in effect and the government’s post-emergency roadmap now in place, the Club is preparing to reopen as scheduled on June 1.
Over the next few days, the Club will be coordinating with staff members, reordering supplies for restaurants and other outlets and conducting comprehensive sanitation procedures to prime the Club for a seamless restart.
After reopening, we will continue to implement the same strict health and safety measures as were conducted prior to the temporary closure. These precautions, which include temperature screening and membership card checks at all entrances, social distancing adjustments to Club venues and more to be announced on the Club website, will also be enhanced where required to adhere to the government’s official recommendations.
In adherence with those guidelines, Club outlets and recreational facilities will reopen incrementally from June 1. In the coming days, please be sure to check the Club website and the Keeping Your Club Safe webpage for a full list of planned reopenings.
While these measures may take time to get used to, we ask for your cooperation as we all adapt.
Finally, we thank you for your patience and support during the temporary closure.
We look forward to welcoming you back to your second home.
Michael Alfant
Representative Governor
