With the Fitness Center’s Weight-Loss Challenge, Club trainers guide you through 10 weeks of weigh-ins, nutrition tips and one-hour workout sessions to help you find a trimmer and fitter frame.
Following an initial consultation to measure your weight and body fat percentage, your trainer will design a workout program tailored to your fitness level and lifestyle.
In addition to feeling and looking healthier, the male and female participants who lose the most weight will win a one-hour treatment at The Spa.
Eat Right Program
Since so much of weight-loss success is about what you eat, Members can recruit the services of Club trainer and nutrition expert Takeshi Hirata to guide them through the challenge and beyond.
Following a free, introductory seminar on February 7, Hirata will set Members on the path to a lifetime of healthy eating through customized meal and nutrition planning, regular one-on-one consultations, lifestyle advice and strategies for eating out and on special occasions.
