Guitar Jam (Fall)

Craft the next chart-topping hit with nothing but your musical instinct and a guitar.


What will I learn in this class?
Students learn to play some all-time classics and their own selections as part of a guitar ensemble. Sessions will cover such key songwriting skills as using scales, chords and rhythm in effective arrangements.

What are the benefits of this class?
Budding guitarists build performance confidence while honing technique and playing as part of a group. They will also learn how to be inspired by other musicians while enjoying the musical freedom of a jam session.

Who will teach this class?
Yuma Nozaki is a singer-songwriter with years of teaching experience. He graduated from Keio University and spent time as an exchange student at Stanford University. Yuma has taught vocal training at private high schools as well as private guitar lessons. He also has experience teaching children with special needs.
