What will I learn in this class?
Open to all fitness levels, this class introduces students to indoor cycling and its huge fitness-boosting potential. Participants learn how to adjust a bike’s cadence and resistance for different stages of a “ride” and for the cyclist’s particular level, daily condition and goals.
What are the benefits of this class?
Each indoor ride is divided into different stages, or “zones,” to reflect the variation of a real-world cycling course. These different zones range from power and interval to endurance and recovery. Each zone is designed to build stamina or work a different set of muscles. After the recovery stage, the class wraps up with a 15-minute core workout.
Who will teach this class?

She holds a degree in sports science from Juntendo University, where she was a sprinter on the track and field team.
