Haruko Sawayama has been an accessory artist for more than 20 years. She shares her expertise at Mitsukoshi department store in Nihonbashi and Sogo department store in Chiba. A Japan Glue Deco Association-certified instructor, she also advises clients on accessory selection based on their frame, face type and a personal color analysis.
