Taste of Taiwan: Scallion Pancakes

Try your hand at cooking a Taiwanese comfort food classic.

Students learn how to prepare crispy scallion pancakes with chicken. Pan-fried and served warm during chilly weather, scallion pancakes are also good to keep in the freezer for easy thawing, cooking and serving.

After sampling their kitchen efforts (recipes will be provided), students will enjoy a light lunch and soft drink.
