Taste of Taiwan: Pork Cutlets

Try your hand at cooking a popular Taiwanese dish.

Crispy pork cutlets are a culinary staple in Taiwan, and students will learn how to marinate the thick wedges of pork before pan-frying them to a golden-brown finish.

After sampling their kitchen efforts (recipes will be provided), students will enjoy a light lunch and soft drink.
