What will I learn in this class?
Students learn how an invigorating morning workout at the Sky Pool can kick-start their day.

What are the benefits of this class?
Aqua Fitness provides a high-intensity cardiovascular workout and strengthens muscles thanks to the natural resistance of the water. Since the water supports the body, there is less burden on joints and lower chance of injury. 

Who will teach this class?
Ronny Harris is a qualified aerobics instructor with experience teaching both land- and water-based group exercises. He is also an International Sports Science Association- and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America-certified personal trainer. Ronny is focused on making classes fun, effective and inspiring.

Mon & Wed | 9–10am
Fri (optional lesson for additional fee): 10–11am

No class on Oct 14 and Nov 4

Walk-in participants will be accepted once the program is confirmed.

Maximum: 12 participants (minimum: four)
