E3 Swim Program

Learn efficient, easy and effective swim techniques in all four strokes.


What will I learn in this class?
Beginner to advanced swimmers explore the E3 concept of swim training, which emphasizes stroke efficiency over brute strength. Lessons trade hard sets and drills for intimate focus on technique and form. All four swim strokes are covered.

What are the benefits of this class?
This program uses a combination of swim drills, dry-land conditioning and open-water technique training.

Who will teach this class?
This program is led by experienced instructor and former Japan open-water swim champ Lisa Miyasugi.
