She’s also a Club trainer specializing in weight management, muscle-mass development, flexibility, core training and sport performance development training.
Maki Tamura is a Les Mills-qualified instructor of Bodypump, Bodycombat, cycle and Grit workout programs. She is also a Les Mills Japan national trainer of cycle programs.
