Flavors of Thailand: Session 1

Three classic dishes from the Land of Smiles.


What will I learn in this class?
Students will learn to cook three beloved Thai dishes: green curry, raw spring rolls and fried shrimp toast. Students will prepare ingredients and cook together as the instructor demonstrates samples of traditional Thai vegetable carvings. Please inform the instructor of any dietary restrictions.

Who teaches this class?
A graduate of Bangkok’s Khrua Wandee culinary school, Siriwan Pittaway first began cooking as a child in her mother’s restaurant in the Thai capital. Pittaway first began offering cooking classes in 2010 to spread authentic Thai cuisine across the globe.
