What will I learn in this class?
This program is designed for athletes looking to improve their distance swimming ability. It will prepare swimmers to manage and utilize their energy for optimal performance in races and events of up to 3 kilometers.
What are the benefits of this class?
Swimmers will build up endurance, improve stamina and master pacing techniques over longer distances. Exercises are designed with triathletes and similar disciplines in mind.

Masa Hamanaka is a Japan Swimming Federation-certified swim coach.
