What will I learn in this class?
Supercharge your aquatic self with improved stroke form and efficiency, push-offs, body positioning and turns taught by an Olympian instructor.

What are the benefits of this class?
Swimmers learn swim technique and drills through with in-water instruction. Each participant is assessed after three months through a video analysis that will illustrate stroke progress over that period.

Who will teach this class?
Miguel Ortiz-Cañavate is a former Olympic swimmer who competed for Spain in the 4-by-100-meter freestyle relay at the 2016 Summer Games. Once an NCAA, FINA World Cup and 27-time Spanish national champion, Ortiz-Cañavate now offers his elite skills to students hoping to take the next step in their swimming careers.
