What are the benefits of this class?
Through krav maga’s core principles of self-reliance, physical coordination and self-awareness, students gain confidence in all areas of daily life. This class emphasizes an individual approach, so each student focuses on their own training and development.

Who will teach this class?
Boaz Hagay is a certified instructor in krav maga, aikido, shiatsu and general sports and fitness. From 1977, he studied under krav maga’s creator, Imi Lichtenfeld. From one-on-one to group lessons in English, Japanese or Hebrew, he focuses on personal development and achievement.

  • Optional class*: Feb 20 (Sun) *Optional classes will charge additional per class fee if attended.
  • Cancellations are accepted before/on the day of the first class
  • Students have the choice to register twice a week (Tuesdays and Sundays) or once a week. Please notify instructor and Recreation Desk ahead of time.
  • Private lessons available.
  • Sports insurance is mandatory to participate in this class. (¥3,300)
  • Uniform purchase is recommended for students with 1+ year experience. (Krav Maga uniform with name embroidery + T shirt: ¥16,500 | T shirt only: ¥5,500)
