Simple stretches improve flexibility and strength. Repeated practice can reduce stress and help improve mindfulness in daily life.

Who will teach this class?
Mai Okumura has taught yoga for the international and Japanese communities in Tokyo since 2003. She is a certified yoga instructor and trained at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center.

 

  • Tuesday: 11am–12:30pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am–12pm
