This program helps participants strengthen their core, tone their body and improve flexibility through an invigorating combination of swim drills, aerobic exercise and dry-land training.

Summer Schedule for Tuesday lesson

Tue (10–11am) and Fri (11am–12pm)
(No lessons on national holidays)
Classes meet in the Gymnasium and move to the Sky Pool after approximately 15 minutes of dry-land training.
