Amateur photographer and former Club Member Alex Treves documented the plight of refugees in locations as diverse as South Africa, Thailand and Greece for his stark, compelling photographic book, Glimpses Over the Edge.
Proceeds from the book support the charity Refugees International Japan (RIJ), and at this Women’s Group-sponsored evening, Jane Best, RIJ president, will discuss Treves’ book and the relief projects it helps fund.
