Shed the most calories on the Fitness Center’s cardio machines during March to win a Spa treatment or a stretching session with a personal trainer.
Throughout the month, use at least three of the 10 types of Fitness Center cardio machines (treadmill, step machine, upright and recumbent bikes, indoor cycling bike, Precor AMT, rowing machine, ski ergometer and Powermill climber).
Inform Fitness Center staff which machine you will use prior to each training session.
Staff will monitor and record your workout.
Participants who burn a minimum of 5,000 calories total are entered into a lucky draw to win one free 30-minute stretching session.
The overall winner in the male and female categories will win a free treatment at The Spa.
