Olympic marathon runner Mara Yamauchi will lead private training sessions with Club Members.
Yamauchi ran her first marathon at age 30 and later won 2004’s Osaka Marathon.
Representing Britain, she finished sixth at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and competed at the London Olympics in 2012.
Now retired from elite athletics, Yamauchi, 44, will share with Club Members the same lessons that helped her become Britain’s second-fastest female marathon runner of all time.
Meet at the Sakuradamon gate at the Imperial Palace.
In the case of rain, this event will be rescheduled for March 18.
Yamauchi will also offer advice to young runners at an Inspiring Future Olympians session.
