The Club offers a range of dad-friendly treats at its annual Father’s Day Grand Buffet.
This year’s spread features chargrilled steak, Jamón serrano ham and North Carolina barbecued back ribs, dry-rubbed with house-blended spices and slow-smoked for seven hours before being slathered with the Club’s barbecue sauce (secret ingredient: Coca-Cola).
“We have some really good meats that Dad is going to love,” says Lindsay Gray, the Club’s executive chef. “And some really good beers as well.”
Some lucky dads at both the lunch and dinner buffets will also go home with raffle prizes from Hong Kong bespoke tailors Euro Merican Fashions, including a jacket, a pair of pants and shirts.
