Get a total body workout in 30 minutes using various body sculpting methods including free weights, bands, medicine balls and your own body weight

Who will teach this class?
Alyson Jenkins is National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer, spinning instructor and clinical social worker. She combines the mind-body elements of exercise with motivational therapeutic coaching.
