Like flocks of swallows swooping through evening skies, the opening of terrace parasols around the Club signals the arrival of spring and another season of alfresco dining.
The Club’s rooftop café, Splash!, starts serving its casual classics like quarter-pound hot dogs, turkey on rye, Greek salad and chilled somen noodles in time for this year’s extended Golden Week series of holidays.
The fifth-floor outdoor space, with views of Tokyo Tower, is also a popular spot for private barbecue parties and transforms into a weekly, evening beer garden.
Rooftop Monday, which offers food and drink packages, runs from May 27 to October 7.
But the outdoor eating options don’t stop there.
Members can also enjoy fresh air and city views with their meal or after-work drinks on the patios of CHOP Steakhouse, American Bar & Grill and Café Med—another impressive venue for a private barbecue bash with friends, family or colleagues.
