The Club’s beverage director, Nathan Baggs, leads Members through five tastings of rum that show the drink’s agricultural tradition as well as the delicacy of modern top-shelf distillations.

Along the way, taste how rum can enhance food by enjoying such pairings as fried plantains, roasted pork and Cuban beef stew.
