The five-course dinner features a selection of refreshing sparkling wines from the small Franciacorta region in Lombardy.
This pocket of northern Italy produces arguably the country's finest sparkling wines. These are made in the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of 18 months of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
While diners savor each course's paired sparkler, Dario Bergamini, Franciacorta specialist and the brand ambassador for two of the area's 121 wineries, Bellavista and Contadi Castaldi, will explain what makes the hilly Italian region near Lake Iseo so special.
In 2021, the outstanding food and wine of Franciacorta were recognized by the prestigious Michelin Guide, with the area selected as a "destination partner."
