Learn how to craft a Club signature cocktail with the help of a Muromachi Bar pro.

Hosted on the final Tuesday of each month at the Nihonbashi Club’s centerpiece bar, each mixology workshop features a different drink from the menu.

The Nihonbashi mojito, a Japanese twist on the classic Cuban punch, takes center stage at this March event.

Budding mixologists will combine Kagoshima sweet potato shochu, three-year-aged umeshu plum liqueur, mint, lime and soda for a refreshing, spring-infused cocktail.

After mixing, shaking and stirring for themselves, Members receive a printed recipe so they can impress friends at their next get-together.
