The Club kicks off its weekend festival of New Orleans flavors with an evening of Cajun- and Creole-inspired canapés and live music in CHOP.
Prepared by guest chef Sohan Ahluwalia, the owner of Bistro Bourbon Street in India, the selection of eats includes Big Easy classics like gumbo, Bayou crab cakes, blackened snapper, Southern fried chicken, scallops escabeche, "Lose the Blues" chicken and pecan pie.
While Members and guests celebrate the start of the long weekend with drinks and Nawlins cuisine, local bluesman Steve Gardner adds some true Bourbon Street sounds.
