This class is specifically designed to improve strength, balance and stabilization of the core area (pelvis, lumber, thoracic and cervical spine).
Exercises are chosen from the different planes to improve static and dynamic postural control; prevent lower-back problems; strengthen abs and hips; and flatten the abdominal region.
