Easy Indian Cooking 2

Hyderabadi Biryani is a traditional Indian celebration meal prepared for royalty and served at weddings and auspicious occasions.

Using vegetables, dried fruit and spices in rice, it's the perfect medley of aromas, flavors and tastes.
Biryani is accompanied by onion raita, a salad made with cucumber, onions, tomato and lemon wedges.
Batata vada is potato dumplings dipped in spicy chick pea batter and deep fried.
Mirchi ka salan is a gravy made with peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut and mild green chilies.
Our royal lesson will be followed by lunch served on traditional silver dishes.
