One-Stop Sushi! Hand Rolls

This class will teach you how to eat sushi properly, and about the tools, knives and preparation methods for sushi.


Including preparing the vinegar and how to make the best sushi rice.
Lunch is included and the menu will feature home made California rolls and tamago (egg) sushi–perfect for lunches and picnics.


Instructor

Ryoko Uruma has number of culinary certificates and qualifications, and extensive experience teaching international cooking. Married to an American and with five children, she certainly has put her training to good use both at home and in her cooking studio. She is a frequent media guest speaking and writing about life style for Japanese women and is looking forward to her sushi classes with TAC.
