"Deco" is short for decoration in Japan.
Learn to make deco sushi rolls by stacking smaller pieces of colored rice and vegetables and rolling them together to create a whole picture.
This class will focus on a peach motif.

Ryoko Uruma has number of culinary certificates and qualifications, and extensive experience teaching international cooking. Married to an American and with five children, she certainly has put her training to good use both at home and in her cooking studio. She is a frequent media guest speaking and writing about life style for Japanese women and is looking forward to her sushi classes with TAC.
