American Bar & Grill offers a match made in heaven every Wednesday this month in the form of mouthwatering Rossini burgers and fine Burgundy and similar-style wines.
The restaurant’s chefs are grilling 240-gram Certified Angus Beef patties, topped with foie gras, mushrooms and truffle essence and placed on delicate brioche buns, freshly baked in Tokyo by iconic Parisian bakery Maison Kayser.
“Burgundies are fabulous with this type of burger,” says the Club’s wine program director, Sera Goto.
