This annual Hawaiian celebration features classic dishes from America’s 50th state, including ahi tuna poke with macadamia nuts and slow-roasted, Kona coffee- and chili-rubbed rib eye.

Dancers from a local hula troupe will add to the day’s festivities with a performance of traditional hula dance.
