Every month, you will receive a selection of sake selected by one of the leading figures in bringing sake to the French market, Xavier Thuizat, Chef Sommelier at the 5-star Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, where Marie-Antoinette spent her time. Just like with wine, you will be able to deepen your knowledge and taste the specialities of the brewery, a unique sake experience.
At the end of each month, Xavier will hold a webinar for members only, inviting the brewers of the 2 sake sent each month as guests to talk with Xavier about their brewery and sake. Subscription offers the opportunity to expand your network of sake friends and discover sake from the slightly fresh perspective of a French sommelier where a new world awaits.
When selecting world-class sake for the lineup, Xavier, who is well versed in the French market, selects from a French perspective, judging sake not by the sum of its parts but the whole package including its taste, aroma and story. Each month, Xavier will select a bottle of premium sake, such as Junmai Daiginjo, from two different breweries (two bottles of 720ml each).
