Session 2 Menu

  • Tomato tarte tatin with caramelized onions and simmered baby greens with wasabi
  • Pan-roasted market fish, garlic bitter greens, shiitake mushrooms, sautéed radish, kabocha squash wontons and warm ginger vinaigrette
  • Fallen chocolate soufflé cake, market fruit and whipped cream

Marybeth Boller has been cooking professionally for more than 25 years. The former Executive Chef and Events Planner at the US Embassy Residence in Japan under Caroline Kennedy, Boller has operated her own catering company and served as a culinary consultant to global corporations.
