What will I learn in this class?
Journey through the history of cider from it’s heyday as the drink of colonial America to its resurgence today. Pour over brewing techniques and regional varieties while pondering food pairings and sampling a range of ciders from Japan and around the world.

What is the goal of this class?
Students will take their first steps toward distinguishing cider types, matching the drink with different cuisines and becoming the resident cider expert during their next night out on the town.

Who teaches this class?
Lee Reeve is a certified pommelier and publisher of inCiderJapan, Asia only bilingual magazine dedicated to all things cider. Reeve is a familiar face helping to grow cider’s international profile at festivals in the United States, China and beyond.
