Guests at the Club
Members are free to share the Club with guests. However, all visits are subject to certain conditions.
Before visiting the Club with guests, Members are strongly encouraged to fill out an online guest registration form to expedite the check-in process.
Members and their guests must adhere to the Club's guest policy, including the House Rules.
Guest Policy
- Members may sign in a maximum of four guests per visit (unless pre-approved by Executive Management).
- Guests may visit the Club a maximum of two times per month (consistent enforcement of current rule), regardless of the host Member.
- Only Members aged 16 and older may independently sign in guests.
- Members aged 8 to 15 may host guests only when signed in by a Member parent or guardian aged 20 or older.
- A standardized Facility Guest Fee will apply to guest usage in Family and Recreational areas, where peak-period demand most directly impacts Member access. Guests dining exclusively in Formal Dining outlets will not be subject to the Facility Guest Fee but must still be properly registered.
- Members who move guests from Formal Dining outlets to Family or Recreational facilities without proper registration will be considered out of compliance with Club policy and subject to standard House procedures.
Facility Guest Fee: Family & Recreational Areas
October 1–May 31: 16+ years: ¥1,500; children (8–15): ¥750; children (7 and under): ¥250
June 1–September 30: 16+ years: ¥2,000; children (8–15): ¥1,000; children (7 and under): ¥500
