Contamination Precautions

Following government guidelines revised July 19 regarding geographic restrictions for purchasing fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat and fish, a number of measures have been introduced for the acquisition and preparation of food and drinks at the Club:

  •  The Club has removed potentially affected items from all menus and inventories and continues to work closely with its vendors to ensure that all produce it uses is safe and purchases food directly from markets that adhere to government guidelines. View the fresh produce source list online.
  • The Club continues to monitor and follow Japanese government safety recommendations.
  • The Club primarily serves meat and fish from overseas and lesser amounts from non-restricted areas in Japan. The Club exclusively serves ocean fish, not river fish.
  • The Club exclusively uses milk from the non-restricted prefectures of Hokkaido and Iwate.
  • The Club provides all its restaurants with a master list of the origin of most menu items that is available upon request. Please note the list does not include all food items.
