Cocktail Hour

Make this summer a memorable one by learning how to craft a cocktail synonymous with beach vacations.


Guided by a Muromachi Bar pro, Members will shake and stir their way to the perfect daiquiri, a blend of Barcardí white rum, lime juice and syrup.


The daiquiri is listed as one David Embury's six basic drinks in his 1948 classic The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks.

Hosted on the final Tuesday of each month at the Nihonbashi Club’s centerpiece bar, each Cocktail Hour features a different concoction.

After mastering the tools of a mixologist, Members will receive the recipe so they can hone their bartender skills at home.
