Robert Daoust Club trainer Robert Daoust specializes in a range of disciplines, including functional movement training for weight management and sports performance, circuit and interval training, and strength training. He is a Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals-certified personal training specialist, a CrossFit level 2-certified instructor, and a Chek Institute level 1-certified holistic lifestyle coach.
