Perfect for pairs looking to boost their metabolism, build muscle, improve cardiovascular endurance and enhance strength and coordination, this program utilizes bodyweight exercises, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, cables, and bands. After an initial assessment and program design, Club trainer Robert Daoust will guide you through six high-intensity workout sessions, along with two nutrition and lifestyle coaching sessions. You'll also receive regular body scans and analysis to track your progress.
This program requires participation as a pair. To foster commitment and accountability, participants will sign a Success Oath.
