Cancellation of Studio Classes

While the Studio is being used as a temporary men's locker room from July 1 to August 31, the following classes will be not be held:

  • Salsa, (Monday, 10:45–11:30am)
  • RPM (Tuesday, 11:15am–12pm)
  • Shaolin Kung Fu (Tuesday, 12:30–1:30pm)
  • Flow Yoga (Tuesday, 7–8pm)
  • Karate Fitness (Thursday, 8:15–9pm)
  • Vinyasa Yoga (Saturday, 10–11am)

During this 75-minute session in the Fitness Center, he will give a live demonstration, teach participants how to avoid common weight training mistakes and provide personalized feedback on lifting form.

Meet the Trainer

Matt Twigg, who studied sports medicine at the University of Massachusetts Boston, has specialized knowledge in muscle mass development and sustainable weight loss, backed by a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
