The Club's policies and direction are set by the elected Board of Governors, with input from the various committees and Club management.

As a nonprofit organization, the Club complies with all Japanese nonprofit organization laws.

Registered Voting Members elect candidates to the Board in an annual election. All governor and committee positions are voluntary.

Voting

The Club depends on Member participation in its annual election of the Board of Governors and in other crucial decisions that require a vote, including changes to the Club's Articles of Association and approval of the annual budget.
